Verdict
A couple of these are clear at the weights. Quickthorn finished fourth in the Group 2 Yorkshire Cup over track and trip last month but ISRAR (NAP) looks worth a try over this extra distance. The latter was narrowly beaten in a Group 3 contest over 1m4f at Newbury on his reappearance and the Irish St Leger entry makes most appeal. Roberto Escobarr won this in 2021 but has plenty to find with the selection on these terms despite winning a Group 3 at Sandown last time while Outbox and Divine Jewel are others with a tough task at the weights.
