Verdict
William Haggas has a strong hand in this with Hathal making his handicap debut after a couple of outings in Group 3 races and the progressive Talyani upped in class as he bids for a hat-trick. Ashridge Lad, Intiwin, Get Knotted and Moonlightnavigator have all won Class 2 handicaps with the latter preferred if there is any more rain - Grand Inquisitor, Mount Tahan and Sahaafy have all been successful in lower grade contests. Doncaster winner Master Of Irony is lightly-raced and capable of better but RIFLE RANGE is also unexposed and, off the back of winning his handicap debut at Ascot, Roger Varian's charge gets a speculative vote to come out best in a wide-open affair.
