Bradford could give a debut to prop Tom Burgess, younger brother of England international Sam for the visit of Quins.
The teenager opted not to join Sam and twin George at South Sydney during the winter and has been rewarded by being named in the Bulls 19-man squad for the first time.
Burgess could get his chance after former Leeds front row Nick Scruton was ruled out for three months with a dislocated wrist.
Scruton, who this week signed a new three-year contract with the Bulls, had been an ever-present so far this year.
Bulls coach Mick Potter has also called up 19-year-old loose forward James Donaldson, who has not played since rupturing his cruciate knee ligament last May.
Donaldson replaces Jamie Langley, who is out with an ankle injury, while centre Michael Platt misses his first game of the season after having a hernia operation.
Ian Sibbit and Chev Walker are fit to return from injury.
Harlequins coach Rob Powell has called up 20-year-old prop Rob Thomas for a possible Super League debut, with Luke Ambler stepping down.
It is the only change to the squad that gathered for the match against Hull last weekend.
Winger Mark Calderwood is hoping to make the second appearance of his trial period.
Bradford squad: Ainscough, Ah Van, Briggs, Burgess, Diskin, Donaldson, Elima, Hargreaves, Herbert, Kearney, Kopczak, L'Estrange, Lynch, Olbison, Royston, Sibbit, Sykes, Walker, Whitehead.
Harlequins RL squad: Bailey, Bryan, Burnett, Calderwood, Clubb, Dorn, Ellis, Gale, Howell, Koupartisas, Melling, O'Callaghan, Pryce, Purdham, Randall, Temata, Thomas, Ward, Wilkes.
