Huddersfield have star scrum-half Danny Brough back in their squad for Harlequins' visit to the Galpharm Stadium on Sunday.
Brough is back after missing the Wolves' defeat to Salford last time out through injury, while centre Joe Wardle is set to make his first appearance since July.
Forwards Dale Ferguson, Darrell Griffin and Keith Mason all also return from injury, with Danny Kirmond and Jamie Simpson among those to make way.
After challenging for top spot in the Super League table throughout much of the season, the Giants have lost five out of six in all competitions but assistant coach assiatant coach Paul Anderson is confident of a return to form after last weekend's break due to the Challenge Cup final.
He told Huddersfield's official website: "Physically it has done us good as the extra week between games has meant that we have been able to get players back in and put them in certain positions which has helped us use various combinations.

"It's a long year and sometimes it is good to get away from the environment for a short time and come back refreshed.
"The way we have trained this week shows that the boys are fully recharged and focused on the job ahead."
Harlequins bring hooker Andy Ellis back into the squad while second-rower Jason Golden misses out due to a shoulder injury.
Karl Pryce and Olsi Krasniqi are included again and will hope to be named in the match-day squad after missing out on the 32-22 victory over Leeds last time out.
Coach Rob Powell said: "We have selected a similar squad to the one that played so well against Leeds.
"We feel as though this group will give us a good chance of competing well at Huddersfield and repeating that success."
