Table-topping Huddersfield will look to show off their title credentials when they host reigning champions Wigan on Friday, live on Sky Sports.
The Giants have won four out of five so far in 2011 and moved to the Super League summit with a 50-16 thrashing of Bradford last Sunday.
Their hopes of a third straight home success have been further boosted by the return of hooker Luke Robinson.
The 26-year-old injured his elbow whilst away on international duty with England at last year's Four Nations but is now set to make his comeback against the club where he started his professional career.
Big one
"They don't come any bigger than this one", admitted Robinson, who had already been due to have shoulder surgery in the off-season.
"Every Super League game is a big one now, there's no doubt Wigan deserved to win the league last year because they were the most consistent team, the table doesn't lie and they were the best team in the competition last year over 27 rounds.
"It is going to be a big challenge for us to see where we are at and to see how we are progressing as a club.
"These are the games that you want to play in, these are the exciting games and the ones that you don't want to miss so I'm looking forward to it and I think the rest of the lads are as well."
Despite seeing his side dismantle the Bulls at the Galpharm Stadium last time out, Giants coach Nathan Brown will still rotate his squad.
He has decided to leave out winger Jermaine McGillvary, who crossed twice against Bradford, to make room for David Hodgson who along with prop Darrell Griffin and centre or second-rower Lee Gilmour, returns to the 19-man squad after being rested last weekend.
Australian Jamie Simpson could keep his place on the opposite wing to Hodgson after making his debut against Bradford.
Suspended Warriors
Wigan, meanwhile, will have to deal without the services of both Joel and Sam Tomkins for the tough away trip.
Second-rower Joel was sent off for striking Kirk Yeaman with his elbow in Wigan's 14-12 win against Hull FC and handed a two-match ban, a punishment he unsuccessfully appealed against.
Brother Sam is also suspended, though he did not contest the one-match ban he was given for his part in a brawl during the same fixture last Sunday.
To make matters worse for head coach Michael Maguire, Paul Deacon is ruled out with a head knock. The veteran half-back has joined Stuart Fielden, Brett Finch, Eamon O'Carroll and Pat Richards on the sidelines.
With his squad stretched, Maguire has named youngsters Joe Mellor, Ryan King and Dom Crosby in his 19-man party.
Half-back Mellor has been summoned back to the DW Stadium after a month-long loan spell with Harlequins. He made his Super League debut for the London club in last Friday's impressive away triumph over St Helens.
Sean O'Loughlin looks set to be used at stand-off while Amos Roberts is the leading option to take over from Sam Tomkins at full-back.
Huddersfield squad: Grix, Lawrence, Cudjoe, Gilmour, Hodgson, Brown, Brough, Crabtree, Robinson, Griffin, O'Donnell, Fa'alogo, Faiumu, Lunt, Mason, Kirmond, Horne, Wardle, Simpson.
Wigan squad: Goulding, Carmont, Leuluai, McIlorum, Coley, Hansen, O'Loughlin, Prescott, Lima, Hoffman, Roberts, Mossop, Farrell, Tuson, Marsh, Charnley, Crosby, Mellor, King.
