Hull KR coach Justin Morgan could hand Super League debuts to two youngsters in the Easter Monday clash against Harlequins.
Loose forward Richard Beaumont has been added to the Robins' 19-man squad and is poised to make his bow alongside teenage full-back Louis Sheriff.
Ben Cockayne is set to switch to the wing in place of Sam Latus, while half-back Blake Green is also included despite suffering a knock to the head during Friday's derby defeat at Hull FC.
Second rower Lee Mitchell will be hoping to make his Harlequins debut after joining on a month's loan from Warrington.
He looks set to replace Lamont Bryan in coach Rob Powell's starting line-up, while triallist winger Mark Calderwood has been included in the initial squad.
Chad Randall continues to captain the side in the absence of Rob Purdham who again misses out through injury.
