Super League leaders Warrington Wolves are without Chris Bridge and Richie Myler for the Easter Monday visit of Hull FC to the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Centre Bridge and scrum-half Myler were both injured during the Wolves' 60-0 rout of Salford on Good Friday.
The club confirmed Myler has fractured his cheekbone and is expected to miss at least six weeks.
In his absence, Michael Monaghan will switch from hooker to scrum-half.
Better news concerns Australian Matt King, who is in line to make his first appearance since suffering a knee injury on the first day of the season.
Hull coach Richard Agar will reunite Sam Obst with Richard Horne at half-back in the absence of Sean Long, who broke a finger in the derby success over Hull KR.
Centre Martin Gleeson is set to face one of his old clubs after coming through his try-scoring debut unscathed.
The Black and Whites remain outside the play-off spots in ninth place after an inconsistent start to the season and they have yet to string two wins together.
"They've had some tough fixtures so far and some injury issues at times but they are battling hard and have not been far off in some hard-fought games," said Wolves coach Tony Smith.
