Leicester are boosted by the return of World Cup trio Tom Youngs, Vereniki Goneva and Dan Cole for Sunday's Aviva Premiership clash with Harlequins at Welford Road.
Goneva starts on the wing in what is the only change to the backline that started in last weekend's win at London Irish, replacing George Catchpole.
Youngs comes in at hooker with Cole named on the bench, while Mike Williams switches to the back row to accommodate Sebastian de Chaves' inclusion at lock.
Harlequins have made just one change to the side that beat Wasps in their season opener as Mike Brown returns from England duty to start at full-back.
Club captain Danny Care is named among the replacements after recovering from a back spasm suffered during England's win over Uruguay.
England skipper Chris Robshaw returned to training with Quins this week, as did Scotland wing Tim Visser, and both will be considered for selection for the trip to Bath in round three.
