Italy

Tottenham have emerged as favourites in the race to sign Arsenal transfer target Ivan Perisic. The Croatia international looks set to leave Inter Milan in the summer and, having been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United last year and Arsenal in January, Spurs are now his most likely future employers. A player potentially heading in the opposite direction is Moussa Sissoko, who is wanted by the Nerazzurri. The Frenchman has revived his career under Mauricio Pochettino having initially been frozen out under the Argentine following his move from Newcastle United.

However, with Spurs searching for midfield reinforcements, the 29-year-old may view Inter as being a better opportunity for regular first-team football. (Calciomercato)

AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie is attracting interest from Arsenal and Chelsea but Paris Saint-Germain are the frontrunners to sign the Ivorian. Kessie has been one of Milan's standout performers under Gennaro Gattuso this season. (Calciomercato)

Napoli forward Roberto Inglese, currently on loan at Parma, is being eyed as Zapata's replacement. (Sky Italia)

Spain

Atletico Madrid have made a move for Everton forward Richarlison, with the Brazilian's representatives already having held talks with the Spanish club. The 21-year-old has impressed at Goodison following his big-money summer move from Watford. However, with the Toffees reportedly valuing the striker at close to £80m, Atleti may be priced out. (AS)

Real Madrid have identified Juventus forward Paulo Dybala as the perfect long-term replacement for Gareth Bale. While there is no immediate suggestion of Bale leaving, Real are keen to bolster their squad after an underwhelming season and are set to test the resolve of the Italian champions with a bid of over £100m in the summer. Barcelona are weighing up a potential move for PSV Eindhoven starlet Mohammed Ihattaren. The Netherlands youth international, who this week celebrated his 17th birthday, made his first-team debut at the end of January and has come on as a substitute in the two subsequent Eredivisie games. (Sport)

Germany

Real Madrid and Liverpool remain in the race to sign Luka Jovic. The Serbian striker, currently on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt from Benfica, is reportedly edging closer to joining Barcelona but Madrid will not let him go to their rivals quietly. Los Blancos have made a £39m bid for the 21-year-old while Liverpool have made inquiries to the player's agent. (Bild)

Javi Martinez will stay at Bayern Munich beyond the current season after holding talks with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. The 30-year-old has been with the German champions since 2012 but was previously thought to be in danger of losing his place following the arrival of Leon Goretzka last summer. (Bild)

France

Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho may move to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer. The Brazilian has struggled to replicate the excellent form that persuaded Barca to fork up a club record £140m to prise him away from Liverpool. Now, seemingly unsettled, he is the latest high-profile name to be linked with a switch to the French capital, which would see him link up with compatriots Thiago Silva, Dani Alves, Marquinhos and Neymar.
