Jimmy and Jey Uso have no regrets about their change in attitude - as it has got people talking about them.

The Samoan-American twins enjoyed two reigns as WWE Tag Team Champions while fan favourites but have developed a mean streak of late as they target a third stint with the belts.

Jimmy and Jey Uso have made a beeline for American Alpha, attacking Chad Gable's knee and also aiming to hurt his tag-team partner, Jason Jordan.

"We don't care what anyone has to say about The Usos," said the siblings during an interview with Michael Cole for WWE.com.

"They can cay: "They are has-beens" or "They ain't doing this right" because for the first time everyone is talking about us - whether it's good or bad, they're talking."

The Usos have abandoned their vibrant clothing and face paint, while their new demeanour has also led to a change of entrance music.

Jimmy and Jey, the sons of WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, insist they are adapting on all fronts as they look to prise the Smackdown Tag Team Titles from Heath Slater and Rhyno at No Mercy on Sunday night.

"Just because you don't see the bright colours anymore, the war paint anymore, or us out there high-fiving people and kissing babies anymore [doesn't mean we're not proud]," they added.

"It's a dog-eat-dog world and for the first time the Usos are seeing clear. It's survival of the fittest - any other team would take us out so they'd better get with the programme.

"Our father has got our back 100 per cent as he has been in this fire before so he knows how hot it can get. He might not agree with the actions but it's not him in there - it's us.

"Sometimes we just need to do what we need to do - and at No Mercy you are going to see new Smackdown Tag Team Champions."
