In depth

Verdict

Mill Green led over the last in the Pertemps Final at Cheltenham but Good Time Jonny came with a wet sail to lead halfway up the run-in and won going away. The top weight has gone up 5lb but Liam McKenna takes off that amount. An Tirailleur was sixth at Cheltenham and can get closer if settling better but Itchy Feet looks held and Glimpse Of Gala was even further behind. Outlaw Peter’s only poor run this season came when pulled up behind WEST BALBOA (NAP) at Kempton in January. The pair meet on the same terms here and Dan Skelton’s lightly-raced mare may come out on top again. Party Business is still 5lb higher than when landing this 12 months ago, despite a low-key campaign, but Moon Hunter is interesting off a low weight given he is sure to be suited by a step up to 3m and is weighted to reverse Doncaster running with course winner Henry's Friend. Dolphin Square could also figure if on a going day.
