In depth

Verdict

A competitive maiden that can go the way of Another Bottle with Cooldine Boy and Laborec both worth noting. The selection comes from a top in form yard and was rated 98 on the flat for Roger Charlton. He has been up against some smart types in his hurdle races to date and although clearly no world beater he should have the class to break his maiden tag this time around. Cooldine Boy is a winning pointer and did finish fourth in a bumper behind Silverburn last year. His stable are in great form of late so he is one to note. As is Laborec who won his only bumper race and was not disgraced on hi hurdles bow when second to Crocodiles Rock over course and distance last time out. With that experience on his side he can be a danger to the selection.
