Verdict
Aratus and Accidental Agent did best of the nearside group in the race won by Fresh here six weeks ago. Documenting, winner of this in 2020, was fifth that day but went on to get the better of DANCE FEVER at Newbury. The weights today favour the latter, however, and he has been knocking on the door off higher marks this season. Stablemate River Nymph also has a chance even though, along with several of these, he was unplaced when Inver Park and Ropey Guest finished 1-2 in the Buckingham Palace Stakes at the Royal meeting here in June. George Boughey’s charge rattled up a hat-trick before finding 6f too short in the Stewards’ Cup and looks a threat to all while three-year-olds Golden Voice and Space Tracker have both enjoyed a profitable campaign and go on the shortlist again along with The Attorney and Star Of Orion.
