DON’T TELL CLAIRE (NAP) is only a pound higher than when landing this 12 months ago. She’s been running better than form figures would suggest this year and was probably foiled by a high draw at Sandown last month. Stunning Beauty ran well here in the spring and later at Newbury and is lower in the weights now while stablemate Beautiful Secret arrives off the back of a victory at Yarmouth. Crystal Caprice can’t be ignored after wins at Yarmouth and Goodwood and Tarrabb is also on a hat-trick after scoring here and at Haydock, though the latter pair are predictably climbing the ratings. None of the others can be ruled out in a very competitive fillies’ handicap.
