In depth

Verdict

It was soft ground when Stone Circle scored over course and distance in October beating FRESH (NAP) by only a nose with Many A Star further behind. But the runner-up is fitted with a tongue-tie today and James Fanshawe’s charge can also reverse latest running at Kempton with Jonah Jones. The latter hasn’t won since 2018 while Equitation last won in 2019 when scoring off a higher mark over track and trip. Musicality will likely be winning again this year and is preferred to Edgewood and One Night Stand but Typhoon Ten could go well on his reappearance.
