Four White Socks drops back down in distance and had every chance on her handicap mark off a lower mark at Goodwood. BESHAAYIR was hampered and pulled hard when favourite for a Listed race on the round course here in July but she was impressive over course and distance earlier. She has a good strike-rate considering she is a quirky sort and could take all the beating if in the mood. Sheikha Reika looked a progressive sort earlier in the season and should be ready after a break while Bella Ragazza beat several of these at Goodwood last month and is still at the right end of the handicap. Existential could be anything after winning her maiden by 10 lengths but she was only third behind Scottish Jig at Newbury in June and meets the recent Wolverhampton dead-heater on the same terms.
