Plenty of guesswork involved as to which of the six recent winners will improve enough to take this. Selinda and Faraway both won selling races and Marygold will need to step up on the form of her win at Brighton. It was soft ground when My Solitaire got off the mark at Goodwood and the form looks nothing special, but Responsive ran out a clear winner at Bath last time and looks sure to be thereabouts. SOVEREIGN DEBT also ran out a convincing winner at Doncaster where he had subsequent winner Mizbah two lengths behind. Michael Bell's colt is fancied to show further progress and score on his handicap debut.
