Verdict

The Oaks runner-up Emily Upjohn ran below par in the King George here back in July though Frankie prefers her to stablemate Mimikyu, winner of the Park Hill at Doncaster. The latter beat Eshaada on Town Moor but Roger Varian’s filly narrowly beat Albaflora when winning this last year. Sea La Rosa landed a Group 1 over 1m6f at the Arc meeting, with Emily Dickinson and Verry Elleegant behind, while the latter’s stable companion SWEET LADY just got the better of Lilac Road to win the Group 1 Prix Vermeille at Longchamp last month. Francis Graffard’s filly has scope for further progress and gets the vote. Eternal Pearl and Stay Alert won Group 3 races last time while Rosscarbery may prove best of the Irish contingent.
