Verdict

BAAEED can bring a glittering career to an end with yet another top level success. Unbeaten in 10 starts, the Haggas colt proved just as effective upped to today’s trip at York last time with an impressive victory in the Juddmonte International. Last year’s Derby and King George winner Adayar missed the Arc for a crack at this and should be spot on after last month’s pipe-opener. He looks a bigger threat than Bay Bridge, who has come up short at the highest level so far. Dubai Honour failed to lay a glove on the selection at York and Tom Marquand sticks with stablemate and Group 2 winner My Prospero while Stone Age may prove best of the Irish trio.
