Verdict
SNOWFALL should have the measure of these. A respectable sixth given the heavy going in the Arc earlier in the month, the Ballydoyle filly rattled-up three Group 1 wins in fine style earlier in the year including at York when beating both Albaflora and a below par Eshaada. Much better is expected from the latter on her earlier second in the Ribblesdale here and she’s preferred to Andrew Balding’s duo Invite and Tribal Craft though stablemate Lady Hayes could also go well having finished runner-up in Lancashire Oaks at Haydock in July when ahead of Mystery Angel. La Joconde will ensure a decent pace for the selection.
