Verdict
Pym should improve for a recent chasing debut at Huntingdon when finishing well ahead of Erick Le Rouge. Spider's Bite had placed over track and trip off a 5lb lower mark before unseating at Ludlow and is not out of this while Darling Maltaix lost a shoe over 2m3f here on his chasing bow and will likely finish closer today. Kapgarry has been raised 9lb for a wide-margin success at Wetherby and is another stepping up in distance along with HIGHEST SUN. The latter came up against higher rated horses than these when third in a beginners’ chase at Newbury and a similar effort should see Colin Tizzard’s charge bang there at the finish.
