      Verdict

      Rasputin has finished third over C&D on both starts and had Nayef Flyer behind last time. He should be thereabouts again but a couple of these may improve past him. Courtesy Call is one of those, as he stepped up on his debut effort to finish fourth at Epsom at the end of last month and further progress is expected. However, TRAIL BLAZE arguably achieved just as much when fifth at Haydock on his debut despite running green and Kevin Ryan's colt gets the nod with that experience under his belt.
