Verdict

The betting suggested Fognini would improve at Yarmouth last time and he duly returned a winning favourite. But he’s penalised for that success so a chance is taken on LIQUID LUNCH, who gave the impression this extra furlong would suit when picking up well in the closing stages to finish fourth over the minimum trip at Nottingham on his debut. Billy No Mates looks best of the rest despite making only a modest debut at Doncaster recently given Bobs Authority was still beaten out of sight when third here last time. The newcomer Gometra Ginty is related to several winners and worth a second glance.
