In depth

Verdict

Breaking Free hasn't won yet but is gradually slipping to a winnable mark and wasn't beaten far on his reappearance at Catterick. Good Boy Jasper hasn't done enough in maidens to merit a big weight and, along with Play With Me, makes his handicap debut after three runs. ARNOLD showed some potential last season and attracted some support on his handicap bow at Thirsk where he just failed to hold the rallying Kaeso. He's been left on the same mark so should go one better. Penny Arcade ended her first season with a victory at Wolverhampton and, though returning from a break, wouldn't need to do much more to get into contention here.
