Though 0-9 over timber, Irish raider Anytime Now probably sets the benchmark in this maiden but we prefer DERRIANA SPIRIT. She won a mares’ bumper at Carlisle in March when there was plenty of give in the ground and is a half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser Pure Vision. Highland Hunter also had decent bumper form last season and Diocese won three times in the French Provinces and was third in a Grade 3 at Vichy in July. Manetti has won three times between the flags but was well beaten on his only previous run under Rules. Bridane High may be best of the rest.
