Verdict

There's plenty of guesswork needed as to which of these will handle the ground but ROBBEN RAINBOW beat a subsequent winner at Ripon last time and David Barron’s colt should go well. Colonel Frank, Rock N Rolla and Dakota Gold also arrive on the back of maiden victories and the latter beat In First Place at Hamilton. Tawny Port rattled-up a hat-trick earlier but something went amiss last time while Newbury winner Poet's Princess ran poorly in a Group 3 at Ascot and Burrishoole Abbey and Spin Doctor have also struggled in pattern company of late. The latter’s stablemate Heatongrad ran well in this grade at Hamilton recently and is another to consider.
