Not many of those with experience have really shown enough to be going overboard about in a race like this, so Market Trend, who takes this option rather than several other maidens this week, is selected to safeguard a race that Mark Johnston won last year with a similar type. The main threat may come from Consider This, who ran well in defeat at Doncaster last week and is expected to pose more problems than Mytton's Bell, who form has been regressive since her debut and she looks one to be wary of for the time being. Degree Of Honor is an interesting newcomer from the James Given yard to note in running, while Victor Buckwell can be expected to handle the ground and can go close if he is up to the task at the first time of asking. However, nothing makes more appeal than Market Trend for win only purposes and this daughter of Selkirk is expected to show a fair bit more now that she tackles a trip approaching the suitability anticipated from her pedigree.
