Verdict

A trappy maiden gets proceedings underway and as usual in these events the market will be all important but the principals look to be Gothenburg, Quest For Success and Nawaaff and the narrow vote is given to Gothenburg. The selection was a fair second on his debut behind Sourire, He looks sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement he will be hard to beat. Nawaff rates the main danger on his latest second behind Choose Your Moment. This easier track should suit and he should be watched in the market. Quest For Success is another that could go well on his debut third behind Bixworth Scribe but he has already given the impression he would be suited by a longer trip and he is taken on with this in mind. Of the remainder Geezers Colours is a well bred sort from a yard in form and should be noted in the market but for the winner we return to Gothenburg who looks sure to improve.
