        Verdict

        NEW BIDDER looked back to something like his best when winning by over two lengths here a week ago. He can shrug off a penalty given he scored off a higher mark last year. Runner-up Exotic Guest will do well to turn the tables in this and may also struggle to confirm earlier superiority with Doc Charm with the latter weighted to reverse running. Alhella has been well beaten in handicaps since winning a maiden race at Redcar but Lady Desire has tumbled down the handicap and could bounce back any time soon.
