Verdict
Rioja Day has been thereabouts off his current mark of late without being good enough. It could be a similar story here while Tanawar won a higher grade handicap at Nottingham last month and is only 3lb higher. But DECLAMATION (NAP) plummeted down the weights last year and took advantage at Wolverhampton in February. He clearly goes well fresh and can defy a 5lb rise. Desire needs to dig a bit deeper but has more scope than most while Raise A Billion has finally returned to a winning mark and could go well.
