Verdict
The going could have a big bearing on the result of the most-valuable race on the card but we'll side with the beautifully-bred Millafonic. By Zafonic out of the top-class miler Milligram, he came good at Kempton last time and can improve again. The six pounds he receives from Audacious Prince helps strengthen his hand and, also, given the fact that the latter lacks a run this season. The same is true of Kentucky King, who won his only race last year in promising style, at Doncaster on soft going. He too should improve again this season. Another danger to the selection is Spiritual Air. Just touched off at Thirsk last time, she will probably try to make all and has proven that she acts on the prevailing going. Constantine has been disappointing so far this season after promising better as a juvenile.
