Verdict

This is a competitive affair. Je T'ai Porte continued her upward curve with a first victory at Clonmel and Royal Eagle won for the third time in four starts at Kilbeggan earlier this month, though is far from certain to confirm that form with First Dare on the revised terms and Gordon Elliott also runs the four-year-old CALICO under a 7lb claimer. The latter beat seasoned handicappers at Perth after deservedly getting off the mark at Tramore and never seems to run a bad race. Cash The Cheque has placed in three of her last four while easy Ballinrobe winner Can't Stop Smiling can’t be ignored.
