        Verdict

        Scoter Fontaine won at Ffos Las two runs ago and takes a big drop in grade after running in a competitive handicap at Cheltenham. He must go close in this with Patrick Corbett's claim wiping out his penalty but Donald McCain saddled the winner of this 12 months ago and has another live candidate in TICK TOCKER. He made all to land a maiden hurdle at Uttoxeter last month and similar tactics could pay dividends here. Venceremos has won a bumper but didn't show a great deal on her hurdling debut at Plumpton and Chepstow sixth Dundee probably has more scope.
