Verdict

Temple Lord has managed just one win from 15 starts over fences but was only beaten a nose at Stratford last month and races off the same mark here. Furrows has to go on the short-list stepping out of novice company but we'll give one final chance to BALLYWATT. Placed in six of seven starts over the larger obstacles, Kim Bailey's gelding deserves a change of luck and is eased slightly in grade here. Cardigan Island let supporters down at Ffos Las last time but Up To The Mark isn't badly treated if he can recapture his best form and a better effort is anticipated here.
