    Verdict

The Flame won a maiden point-to-point in January and was second in a Chepstow bumper on his debut under Rules. Jockey bookings would suggest he’s the pick of the trainer’s two runners in this but he’s facing more experienced opposition which has already shown plenty of ability. Saxo Jack outpaced Tempestatefloresco to get off the mark at Newton Abbot last month and Primo Time easily won a Uttoxeter in July but BEDROCK (NAP) is the one they all have to beat. Highly tried but not disgraced in two runs last season, he travelled strongly and pulled well clear at Warwick in May and has the makings of a decent handicapper.
