Verdict
Mr McGo, a winning point-to-pointer and hurdler, had jumping problems in his early starts over fences but did better in two runs in the spring and takes a drop in class. Truckers Highway has won nine times over fences, including at Uttoxeter last month. He found Class 3 company too hot at Worcester and made several mistakes but this is his grade. STEEL WAVE has been taking on better opposition since completing a double here in the summer. He looks the form pick though wouldn't want any more rain. Arctic Gold, five times a winner over hurdles, is 0-12 over fences while Zolfo has been well beaten from his new mark since his course and distance victory. West Wizard ran three times in minor company in France before a moderate effort at Exeter.
