In depth
Verdict
Scotland Yard gets the confident vote here with Montevideo and Back Among Freinds rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Sternenzelt with plenty in hand and although having a penalty for that win he need only run up to that mark to win this with plenty in hand Montevideo won well last time out when beating Elway Prospect but that was over a longer trip and the drop in diostance has to be a concern. Back Among Freinds qwould have won last time out but for falling at the last, if his confidence has not been effected he will not be far away. Nikol is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he lacks the sciope of the principals and is taken on with this in mind, and for the winner we are happy to return to Scotland Yard.
