Verdict
On The Outside gets the confident vote here with Multeen River and Celtic Boy rating the main dangers. The selection won as if in front of the handicapper when beating Red Echo last time out and although rising in the weights he is taken to win again under conditions that suit. Multeen River rates the main danger on his latest second behind Goblin but he should win more often than he does and again he looks vulnerable. Celtic Boy is another that could go well as he has dropped to a handy mark but all his best form is on a faster surface. Swansea Bay could improve for the fitting of first time blinkers but for the winner we return to the progressive On The Outside.
