Verdict
Travellers Heir can defy a penalty in the finale, with Spike Jones and Imperial Dream expected to give him most to do. Henry Daly has his team in fine form and Travellers Heir himself was in winning form at Worcester just under three weeks ago, overcoming a break to score. He seemed to appreciate going left-handed so will like it here. Imperial Dream will almost certainly be placed to win this season by Henrietta Knight but does have an absence to overcome, so Spike Jones looks the main threat. Jonjo O' Neill gets plenty of winners here, and his five-year-old, who turned his Ludlow bumper into a procession, is sure to have been well schooled over the obstacles. Joes Edge returns from the wilderness, but any money for him in the ring would be interesting. However, with Richard Johnson in the plate, Travellers Heir, with experience on his side, is the pick.
