Verdict

A weak-looking nursery. Luduamf showed moderate improvement on his step up to a mile last time without looking like he was a winner in waiting. Zamadance is of more interest after his victory at Kempton, but that was a poor race, while Jumping Jack struggled badly at this level last time. But COUNT CALABASH showed plenty of fighting spirit to win his maiden at Brighton and the handicapper has given him a fair mark to build on that, so Paul Cole’s charge is taken to go in again.
