Verdict

Essaka escapes a penalty for winning an apprentices’ race over 6f at Windsor. But he hasn’t scored over today’s minimum trip since 2014 and ARCHIMEDES is preferred. The latter won last year’s renewal and was successful again here earlier in the month before placing over track and trip. Monumental Man is penalised for winning a seller at Brighton but this is tougher while Wotadoll was still well beaten when third at the same track a fortnight ago and Toolatetodelegate is preferred back at this venue having landed a double here in May. Look Surprised was having her first start since January when placed at Newbury and could also figure.
