Verdict
Indian Edge has won four of his last five starts, latterly over course and distance under similar conditions, and is taken to defy his latest penalty with Merrymadcap and Morgan Lewis rated the main dangers. Morgan Lewis does handle cut in the ground but was disappointing on his reappearance and may be best watched. Dvinsky is difficult to recommend on recent form and of more interest may be Amanda Bowlby's Smoothly Does It who comes here fit from hurdling and should relish the underfoot conditions. Red Contact ran better on the all-weather at Kempton last time but it remains to be seen whether he can reproduce the form on this ground. Merrymadcap and Will The Till both finished behind the selection here last time and have to be respected on the revised terms but Indian Edge seemed to win with plenty in hand and is taken to score again.
