Verdict
Bon Bon has the most scope and can make a successful handicap debut against the likes of Benedict and Bolton Hall. Having finished behind a couple of stablemates on her Warwick debut, Bon Bon showed a willing attitude when opening her account here last month. Barry Hills looks to have found a suitable opportunity for the daughter of Efisio to follow up off what appears to be a reasonable mark of 74. Connections will be keen to get some black type next to her before she eventually goes to the paddocks, and she gets the vote over Benedict. John Berry's lightly-raced gelding won well at Haydock last time, and that was no real surprise after his promising earlier efforts. Bolton Hall was second under a five-pound penalty at Nottingham, and although a consistent sort, may not have that much more improvement. Hanseatic League races a bit too keenly and will no doubt tire himself out again until he learns to settle, and both Night of Joy and Skidrow have failed to mirror the exploits of the rest of their respective team mates. Bon Bon makes most appeal and can gain another course win.
