In depth

Verdict

Berry Edge went close at Ayr last time and gets a change of headgear while Eklil was narrowly beaten at Lingfield. Western Beat ran below par when well behind Broctune Red at Newcastle in April while course specialist Bit Of A Quirke won this back in 2018. But JEWEL MAKER ran into all sorts of trouble when fourth at Redcar and looks set for a return to winning ways in this lower grade.
