Verdict

See The City returned a convincing winner over a longer trip at Nottingham on last week’s handicap debut and should go close again despite the penalty. Muirsheen Durkin won a maiden race over track and trip last month and Miss Bates ran well for second in maiden company here on her latest start. Soft ground may have been against Alfie's Angel at Ayr last time but all ground comes alike to MISTER BLUE SKY. He won a novice event in soft going at Nottingham before going close over 6f in a Class 3 nursery at Ascot and the combination of a longer trip and drop in class earns him the vote.
