        Verdict

        Most of these can be given a chance but DIAMONIQUE is given the opportunity to finally bring a close to a consistent-if-luckless run of placed efforts. She has her fair share of weight but has been dropped a pound and the combination of this stiff 5f and a drop in grade could produce dividends. Three Card Trick still looks quite harshly treated and the consistent trio of Timetodock, Mr Buttons and recent winner Four Wheel Drive all make greater appeal in a tricky contest and are preferred in that order. Montalvan was disappointing last time when easily turned over at odds-on but had looked progressive previously and is not one to give up on yet.
