    Verdict

Cottam Road was well supported at Hamilton and led for a long way on the soft ground so today's conditions should be more to his liking. Dewey Road looked a certain future winner when beaten a neck at Chelmsford but pulled much too hard on soft ground at Windsor and was soon done with. JACATTACK went to Musselburgh for his debut where he was taking on much better fancied rivals, including odds-on stablemate Significantly. He showed up really well throughout and was only beaten a couple of lengths so gets the nod. Hot Diva showed massive improvement to finish runner-up on soft ground at Windsor and the newcomer Mashaan is by Kodiac out of a 6f winner so should have plenty of pace.
