Verdict

Tim Easterby has won this three times in the past seven years and can score again via MARKET MAKER, who ran his best race to date on the Flat when a close second over 1m4f here last month before scoring over hurdles at Sedgefield. He's improving fast and looks on a very fair mark. Body Language hasn't done much to justify his rating but he's stoutly bred and could improve for this big step-up in trip. Mina's Boy looked as though he needed a marathon when staying on over 1m6f at Nottingham and he could pose a threat though he has a little to find with C P Joe on that form. Hartforth also ran in that Nottingham event and looks held but Geminus probably has some improvement in his over this trip despite being by the sprinter Choisir.
