        Verdict

        RASPUTIN made a promising debut when third over C&D. He finished just behind today's rival Joshua The First and Michael Dods' charge is fancied to reverse running and open his account. The latter has since gone close again, but looks hard to win with and Eraada could prove a bigger threat with the experience of last month's debut run at Haydock under her belt. Nayef Flyer looked nothing special on his debut, but Fresa should appreciate the extra furlong and it's worth noting the newcomer Sygnature on his first start.
