In depth

Verdict

Act Of Magic was engaged last night at Windsor. Talk Now easily won a classified stakes over 7f at Musselburgh last month when False Id was only fifth but Eldelbar won the second division of the same race in a faster time and has since finished fourth, promoted the third, over 6f in a handicap at Catterick. Najib is now 0-10 but was third last time at Hamilton. AMELIA R has a poor strike-rate but was entirely disgraced over 1m2f here two weeks ago, despite blowing the start. She is back on her winning mark and could go well at a price.
